As much as I love hostels and other kinds of cheap accommodation, there's something nice about the luxuriousness of a hotel: the clean room, comfy bed, dining table, iron, strong shower, and bottled soap for the taking (errr...I mean borrowing).  They are silent, relaxing, and a respite from the world. 
A few years ago, I was visiting conferences as well as different work-related events alot and residing at a bunch of hotels.  I resolved to see if I could discover the best hotel booking site online.  I chose a couple cities and hunted six booking internet sites -- Expedia, <a href=http://mytravelnavi.com/>Mytravelnavi.com</a>, Booking.com, Hotwire, Priceline, and TravelPony -- in two -, 3-, and also 4 star categories. 
So I decided to perform another hunt to use to discover the ideal site to reserve a hotel in 2018. The Best Hotel Booking Website 
This period that the ideal hotel booking website was Booking.com.  Though it did not return the largest number of total places, Booking.com came back the largest number of cheap places -- which is the most important thing.  I discovered largest variety and that the best deals in the destinations I searched for about Booking.  By way of example, within my own September search in Paris, it recorded over 2,300 results, including 250 two celebrity listings and 750 celebrity listings (plus it told me that the area was over 60% reserved when I hunted ).  Agoda still had the finest results in Asia (it returned 2,900 results in Bangkok when compared with 2,500 for Booking) but had definitely expanded their listings around the world -- it about tied Booking in Paris, Buenos Aires, along with also Sydney for overall listings, though they'd fewer funding listings than Booking. 
The 2nd most useful hotel booking web site was Agoda, which had plenty of consequences, though it's strong suit remains in Asia. 
And all those other significant hotel booking sites?  Well, Orbitz and Travelocity are a portion of Expedia and use the same database, also they tilted to the end of the purchase cost spectrum, while a high number of results turned back.  And websites such as Priceline and Hotwire have elite blind booking and bidding options which can provide you with a very inexpensive hotel (in the star category and area you need ).  Prices are up to 40% off.  The disadvantage?  That you never get to know the name.
